Recruitment Business Development Manager

Overview

This pivotal role places you at the core of agency recruitment strategy, working closely with field leaders to enhance recruitment capabilities and scale impact across the organisation. Your mission is to provide leaders with effective systems, insights, and support infrastructure to build a top-tier agency force that drives sustainable business growth and improves customer experiences. You will engage extensively with senior stakeholders, field operations, and cross-departmental projects, shaping recruitment operations and making a significant influence on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruitment enablement liaison for designated agency leaders, delivering structured assistance on recruitment financial schemes, allowances, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Utilize expert knowledge of recruitment platforms, workflows, and onboarding procedures to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Analyze complex recruitment data, translating it into clear, actionable insights to enhance recruitment key performance indicators.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment projects by collaborating with internal teams to boost recruitment effectiveness and scalability.
• Drive improvements in recruitment infrastructure, such as lead generation, platform upgrades, compensation schemes, onboarding efficiencies, and system enhancements.
• Partner with agency leaders and field engagement teams to aid recruitment activities, including attending branch meetings, leader reviews, briefings, and critical agency events.
• Provide critical on-site and meeting-based support to ensure the success of recruitment campaigns and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience within financial services, insurance, or large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong background in recruitment enablement, operations, or business management.
• Proven ability supporting agency-led or sales-centric recruitment models.
• In-depth expertise managing recruitment systems, processes, and data-driven performance analysis.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects from problem definition through to execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills capable of engaging senior leaders and field teams effectively.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment financial schemes, incentive programs, and compensation structures.
• Hands-on experience implementing recruitment platform and infrastructure upgrades.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and develop meaningful business insights.
