Role Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator position in Singapore is a vital part of Cloudflare's recruitment process, focusing on organizing and managing candidate interactions to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The role supports recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating interview logistics and contributing to overall hiring quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews effectively across various formats including video, phone, and in-person, ensuring smooth execution.
• Provide an empathetic, candidate-centered experience both virtually and face-to-face.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, dashboards, and candidate trackers to optimize accuracy and efficiency in Cloudflare’s Interview Experience program.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Communicate transparently with candidates, recruiters, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine processes and support cross-functional recruitment projects.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and assist with program initiatives when possible.
• Support and cooperate with team members on shared responsibilities and challenges.
