Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team at Vrinda Global in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to the BPO industry and demonstrate proficiency in managing leadership and volume hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on sourcing and filling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication aptitude.
• Maintain a target-oriented approach to achieve recruitment goals effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in the BPO sector is preferred.
• Extensive exposure to leadership and high-volume hiring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability in sourcing and managing the entire recruitment cycle.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring positions in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates from consulting or recruitment agencies are not eligible.
