Recreation Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Recreation Attendants to advance their careers in an energetic environment. The primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of all areas within the health club, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Main Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of the main and children’s swimming pools as well as the entire health club area, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep sun lounges tidy and free from debris throughout operational hours.
• Sweep and hose down the pool deck, ensuring all furniture is properly arranged during morning setup.
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at Bodylines health club.
• Support cleaning efforts across all operational areas.
• Guide prospective members through facility tours, effectively communicating pricing and club details.
• Regularly inspect changing rooms to ensure they are free from litter and used towels.
• Report any guest complaints immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain high personal hygiene standards.

Education, Skills & Experience

• A diploma or vocational certificate in sports or leisure is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a hotel environment is advantageous.
• Swimming ability is mandatory.
• Physical fitness and capability to work extended hours outdoors are essential.
• Proficiency in English and good interpersonal skills are beneficial.
