Overview

Join Trinetra Eye Care Hospital in Ranchi as a Receptionist, a role combining front-desk management with optical product sales. This position focuses on patient interaction, sales assistance, and supporting clinical operations to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the OPD, handle registrations, manage billing procedures, and organize doctor appointments efficiently.
• Support patients in selecting appropriate optical frames, provide detailed explanations about different lens options such as anti-glare coatings, and strive to achieve set monthly sales targets.
• Address phone inquiries promptly, assist walk-in patients, and maintain a seamless and positive experience throughout the visit.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience is desirable either in clinic reception or retail sales environments.
• Excellent communication abilities, strong multitasking skills, and familiarity with basic computer operations and billing systems.
• Customer-focused attitude with a natural talent for building rapport and promoting sales.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this role is between 8000 and 12000 INR monthly.
