Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our Surfers Paradise clinic. Serving as the first point of contact, the Receptionist will manage a busy environment with between 120 and 150 patients daily, ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient and referrer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, handle bookings, and provide triage responses and general inquiries.
• Manage financial transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and overseeing billing and invoicing procedures.
• Efficiently operate the clinic’s booking system and assist with administrative tasks such as outbound calls, data entry, and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and prioritising patient care.
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills to manage diverse duties effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior receptionist experience preferred, ideally within a medical or healthcare setting.
• Comfortable navigating various databases and information systems.
