Receptionist - Casual

About the Role

We are inviting an enthusiastic individual to join the dedicated team at Linda Jones Retirement Village in Hamilton as a casual Receptionist. This position is temporary and requires physical presence at the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome visitors and provide directions and assistance as needed.
• Support administrative processes including account handling and general office duties related to reception.
• Deliver friendly and accommodating service to residents, their relatives, visitors, and staff members.
• Respond to telephone inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Assist residents and visitors with a variety of general questions and needs.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operational flow.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit strong empathy and patience when interacting with elderly residents.
• Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal.
• Show reliability, a professional demeanor, and a friendly approach in all interactions.
