Reception and Sales Representative

About the Role

MyPet Clinic in Riyadh is seeking a polished and customer-oriented Client Relations & Sales Representative to become the first welcoming point for clients at our premium veterinary clinic. This position requires ensuring every client receives excellent service, efficiently managing front-desk operations, and professionally promoting our clinic's range of services and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide a professional experience at the reception desk.
• Organize appointment scheduling and handle client check-in procedures.
• Work seamlessly with the medical and operational teams for smooth coordination.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client follow-ups with professionalism.
• Inform and educate clients about clinic services, wellness plans, available products, and ongoing promotions.
• Accurately process invoices, payments, and handle point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain a tidy, well-arranged, and high-standard reception area.
• Contribute to client retention by consistently delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.

Requirements

• Residency in Riyadh is mandatory.
• Prior background in sales, customer service, hospitality, reception, or similar front-desk roles.
• Strong command of professional English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A presentable, confident, and professional demeanor with clients.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, service-oriented environment.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or veterinary sectors considered an advantage.
