Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility assessments to approximate materials, durations, and workforce costs required.
• Prepare, negotiate, and analyze tender and contract costs.
• Coordinate workload among teams and stakeholders.
• Advise on various contractual and legal matters.
• Assess completed work valuation and manage payment arrangements.

Common Tasks

• Develop contract documentation, including bills of quantities in collaboration with architects, interior designers, or clients.
• Perform cost evaluations related to repairs and maintenance projects.
• Support client requirement determination and conduct feasibility studies.
• Execute risk assessments, value management, and cost control during construction phases.
• Offer counsel regarding contractual claims and disputes.
• Monitor modifications in design and construction, updating budgets as needed.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Additional Information

• Monthly Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000.
• Work Locations: Surat and Ahmedabad.
• Experience Requirement: More than 5 years in the relevant field.
