Key Responsibilities
- Designing and constructing scalable data pipelines and comprehensive data layers.
- Developing and maintaining computational frameworks and infrastructure to operate quantitative strategies efficiently.
- Implementing and refining software systems related to data management, research, portfolio building, and trading.
- Collaborating closely with researchers and quantitative analysts to translate concepts into reliable production software.
- Participating in the entire lifecycle of the quant business from data collection through research and deployment.
- Integrating AI-driven tools—including large language models and automation agents—into engineering and research workflows.
- Leveraging AI coding assistants and agent-based development tools to enhance software quality and accelerate delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in a technical or quantitative field from a prestigious university.
- Have between 3 and 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Python (preferred) or C++ programming on Linux/Unix platforms and familiar with scripting languages.
- Experienced with version control systems, continuous integration, and deployment processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative and mature with the capacity to thrive in team-oriented environments.
- Driven by the impact of technology at scale.
- Knowledge or experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic AI, is advantageous.
- Background in finance is beneficial but not mandatory.
