Quality Manager

Role Overview

The Quality Manager role focuses on overseeing and enhancing quality management systems in battery manufacturing, particularly lithium-ion battery pack assembly, ensuring adherence to international standards and driving operational excellence.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in quality management within battery manufacturing or allied sectors.
• Extensive understanding of quality control frameworks such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001 standards.
• Demonstrated leadership ability managing teams and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of performing effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in deploying quality control instruments, conducting statistical analysis, and implementing process optimization strategies.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification audit processes.
• Experience conducting Quality Management System (QMS) audits and managing customer complaint resolutions.
