Mace seeks highly skilled and seasoned professionals to lead cohesive teams across all phases of this project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members, supporting their skill development and navigation of company procedures.
• Ensure efficient management of project administration including diary coordination, office organization, filing systems, and communication adhering to Mace's standards.
• Administer project platforms such as Infomace, Outlook mailboxes, file directories, and training documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Organize logistics for meetings, site visits, and client engagements to ensure seamless operations and professional presentations.
• Handle financial and procurement duties, including petty cash reconciliation and ordering supplies, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Collaborate actively to promote continual improvement and contribute to Mace’s commitment towards achieving net zero carbon emissions through effective project emission management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Relevant professional experience within the field.
