About the Role
We are seeking a fluent French and English-speaking Quality Analyst to join our team in Dublin. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of €44,351 along with excellent benefits and opportunities for career progression in an energetic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review content moderation decisions to ensure they meet policy accuracy and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver feedback aimed at enhancing quality performance.
- Manage comprehensive audit processes including planning, execution, feedback sessions, and re-assessments.
- Provide prompt and constructive feedback to agents to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Identify training requirements and partner with learning teams to address knowledge deficiencies.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality Managers to bolster team results.
- Become an expert in relevant products, community standards, and operational protocols.
- Promote updated policies and process enhancements across operations teams.
- Mentor new Quality and Policy Experts on systems, tools, and industry best practices.
- Develop documentation for processes and contribute improvements to audit tools.
- Perform root cause analyses to detect trends, inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
- Report policy-related risks and trends to global teams for resolution.
- Utilize market insights to recommend scalable solutions.
- Support Quality Leaders in orchestrating improvement projects.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
- At least two years' experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or auditing roles.
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, Charts, and Statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at managing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Passionate about supporting colleagues and stakeholders with fairness, empathy, and consistency.
