Role Overview

We seek a diligent and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel's communal spaces. This position ensures the environment remains inviting, spotless, and ready for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas such as lobbies, lifts, corridors, offices, meeting rooms, and stairways.
• Operate efficiently within a fast-moving setting, upholding superior cleaning standards.
• Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Promptly report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or incidents.
• Ensure cleaning tools are properly maintained and supplies are adequately stocked.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service by keeping public areas orderly and presentable.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience as a Public Area Cleaner, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent time management and a keen eye for detail.
• Physically able to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for long durations.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously or in a team setting.

Employment Details

Work schedule involves 40 hours per week spread over 5 days out of 7.
