About the Role
Join one of Canada's leading asset management firms as a Proposal Analyst within our Proposal and Consultant Database Team. This role suits individuals eager to learn about diverse investment products, motivated by achieving new business wins, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Our team is composed of proactive, social colleagues collaborating towards shared success. Our office operates on a hybrid model combining onsite and remote work days during the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle preparation and completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across all affiliates, collaborating closely with experts across business units.
- Create new response content and suggest improvements to enhance existing RFP materials.
- Oversee and manage the RFP response database, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout marketing documentation.
- Support the generation and upkeep of reports and files necessary for the RFP process.
- Contribute to updating and maintaining external investment and consultant databases as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in Finance or a related discipline with genuine enthusiasm for the investment industry.
- Have 2 to 4 years of experience preferably in institutional investment firms, banks, or trust companies; relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborate effectively to resolve complex challenges.
- Demonstrate commitment to teamwork, supporting driven colleagues with high professional standards.
- Be ambitious, sharp, and energetic, proactively seeking process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
Compensation
The position offers a base salary ranging from 70000 to 90000 CAD annually, supplemented by an annual performance bonus contributing to the overall compensation package. Further salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
