Job description
Overview
The Property Officer will support the Building Manager in managing daily building operations, assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Building Manager with daily operational tasks.
- Oversee sub-contractors, supervise, and coordinate facility management functions ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Prepare monthly and incident reports related to the managed site(s).
- Ensure seamless daily operations at the assigned location(s).
- Handle ad-hoc projects as required.
- Lead incident investigations when necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Academic qualification: Degree, Diploma, or Higher Nitec in Building Services, Facilities Maintenance, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in property, estate, or facilities management, or building/facilities maintenance.
- Strong understanding of building works and facilities management principles.
- Effective communication skills to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
