Job description
Role Summary
We seek a seasoned Project Manager specializing in Workforce Management (WFM) technologies to lead and oversee projects related to workforce management systems. The ideal candidate will hold PMP certification and bring proven experience handling intricate projects involving Kronos Workforce Management or equivalent WFM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workforce Management projects from conception to completion.
- Administer project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and offshore collaborators effectively.
- Direct implementations, upgrades, integrations, and improvements of Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
- Engage closely with business units to gather requirements regarding workforce scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, rostering, and payroll functionalities.
- Manage project governance activities, including regular reporting, status updates, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, challenges, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure projects are delivered successfully within the agreed time frames, budgets, and quality criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, project and steering committee meetings, and key stakeholder discussions.
- Handle multiple parallel workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated project management expertise in delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Mandatory PMP Certification.
- Deep experience within the Workforce Management domain.
- Proven background managing projects involving Kronos Workforce Management.
- Effective stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Well-versed in project planning, RAID management, governance, and reporting processes.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with business, technical, and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, or UKG platforms.
- Experience with WFM system rollouts, upgrades, migrations, or system integrations.
- Knowledge of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Rostering, Leave Management, and Payroll integration areas.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing extensive enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Requirement
This role demands a PMP-certified Project Manager with specialized expertise in Workforce Management systems, particularly with hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
