Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key company initiatives across various departments including product, engineering, marketing, and operations. This role ensures projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and support G2M’s mission to create an inclusive commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle for product launches, platform upgrades, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate collaborative efforts among cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and business development.
• Establish clear project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor project progress, detect potential risks, and apply strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, create reporting dashboards, and regularly update stakeholders.
• Lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Convert business requirements into detailed project plans.
• Ensure synchronization between global sellers, logistics operations, and platform capabilities.
• Promote ongoing improvements in internal processes and workflows.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones for a few days each week.

Required Qualifications

• Between 3 and 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or startup environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of juggling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced and culturally diverse work environments.

Additional Information
