Job Overview

An award-winning builder is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney-based team. The company has recently secured new commercial construction projects and requires a Project Manager to ensure successful delivery and ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of commercial construction sites.
• Plan and schedule projects, manage cost control and budgeting processes.
• Create construction programs and actively manage project delivery.
• Provide clients with expert technical advice and commercial insight.
• Exhibit strong leadership through high-level planning, effective teamwork, clear communication, and negotiation skills.
• Enforce rigorous health and safety standards across the site.
• Contribute significantly to the growth and success of a thriving company in commercial construction.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of experience in design and construct (D&C) office fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Educational background in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent trade qualifications.
• Proven track record working on complex commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel across New South Wales and interstate when needed.
• Experience managing projects valued between $5 million and $10 million.
