Role Overview
Join Flickverse as a Project Coordinator to manage and oversee multiple client implementation projects from inception through to launch. This role demands coordination across various teams to ensure successful project delivery within set timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of several client implementation projects starting from kickoff to the go-live phase.
- Create and update project schedules, track milestones, and assign tasks effectively.
- Maintain coordination with internal departments and clients to guarantee on-time delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress to detect delays, assess risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
- Organize regular status meetings, and produce detailed meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Keep comprehensive records including project documents, trackers, implementation strategies, and status updates.
- Liaise between technical, functional, product, support, and client teams to ensure alignment.
- Ensure accuracy and regular updates within project management tools.
- Promptly escalate any critical problems or risks impacting timelines to pertinent stakeholders.
- Supervise testing phases, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, deployment, and readiness for go-live.
- Clearly communicate client needs and the defined scope to all involved teams.
- Assist with resource allocation and coordinate team availability across projects.
- Provide consistent progress reporting to both management and clients.
- Manage smooth project transition to the support team after go-live completion.
