Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to manage daily operations across several residential construction sites. The individual will collaborate closely with Project Managers, site teams, architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects proceed smoothly and meet scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and synchronize day-to-day construction activities across multiple residential projects.
• Liaise effectively with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Structural Engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor and track progress relative to project schedules and deadlines.
• Follow up with site teams on work status, materials availability, manpower allocation, and outstanding tasks.
• Maintain and organize critical project documentation such as drawings, reports, approvals, and records.
• Coordinate material requirements, working alongside purchasing and procurement teams to ensure supply needs are met.
• Track key project milestones and critical tasks to facilitate timely completion.
• Prepare and update daily and weekly project progress reports for review.
• Detect delays, site issues, and gaps in coordination, escalating them to management promptly.
• Ensure timely communication of updated drawings and instructions to site teams.
• Arrange site meetings, record minutes, and track action items diligently.
• Maintain follow-up communication with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Support enforcement of quality, safety, and construction standards on site.
• Facilitate effective communication between office and site personnel ensuring smooth information flow.
• Assist Project Managers in project planning, monitoring, and closure activities.
