Overview
Join WIKA Group as a Project Acquisition Specialist focusing on Level products. You will play a key role in preparing project quotations, providing technical assistance during project orders, supporting EPC project business alongside the Sales team, and ensuring timely, high-quality offer submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and deliver technical support when project orders arise.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support EPC project business within company guidelines.
- Monitor technical and commercial progress of project offers, engaging relevant internal and external stakeholders based on client needs.
- Perform pricing and cost calculations aligned with WIKA's project business guidelines.
- Develop customer relationships within EPC project business, including cross-selling and up-selling efforts in coordination with Sales.
- Expand the customer base continuously and improve cooperation with product and segment management.
- Coordinate contract negotiations for EPC sector customer projects.
- Act as the technical point of contact to ensure corporate targets are achieved for assigned projects.
- Clarify technical questions internally and externally by reviewing technical drawings.
- Deliver technical assistance during customer acceptance tests (FAT).
Candidate Profile
- Completed higher technical education, preferably in engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with strong market and customer knowledge of the industrial sector.
- Prior experience managing project business is essential.
- Required specific expertise in Level products; instrumentation knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage both existing and prospective customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of collaborating with international teams remotely.
- Experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus.
- Professional background in sales support involving technical equipment and solution selling.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
