Program Manager

About the Role

We are partnering with a mission-driven organization dedicated to well-being, education, and transformational learning to find a Program Manager. This role involves taking full ownership of strategic programs and cross-functional projects from initial planning to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee programs and strategic initiatives through all phases, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring critical milestones are met on schedule.
• Monitor program progress including risks, challenges, dependencies, and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide consistent updates to leadership teams.
• Drive improvements in processes and ensure initiatives align with the organization's goals.
• Manage resources efficiently including scheduling, budgeting, and timelines.
• Identify potential obstacles proactively and implement effective problem-solving strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree combined with over five years of pertinent experience, or a Master's degree coupled with at least three years in a related area.
• Background in program management, project oversight, operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management competencies.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while collaborating across diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possession of an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Strong alignment with the ethos and mission of purpose-oriented organizations is advantageous.
