Job description
Role Overview
Act as the lead technical authority for client projects focused on SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations. Manage engagements end-to-end from the initial discovery phase through design, deployment, handover, and ensuring sustained customer success. This role requires hands-on involvement, client interaction, and a consultative approach centered around cybersecurity delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and architect solutions involving endpoint protection, identity management, cloud security, and security operations.
- Implement and configure Prompt Security to facilitate enterprise AI tool access, developer workflows, AI applications, and browser-based security controls.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on AI governance, data protection, policy enforcement, risks related to prompt injection, shadow AI, and other AI security challenges.
- Resolve deployment issues and provide technical input for Statements of Work documentation.
- Support channel partners by developing delivery documents, implementation guides, and technical references.
- Foster strong customer relationships, represent technical requirements internally, and support measurable long-term cybersecurity outcomes.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements
- Between 5 and 8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, especially in customer-facing professional services, security consulting, or security engineering roles.
- Practical experience deploying, configuring, and migrating enterprise EDR/XDR solutions.
- Familiarity with endpoint telemetry, detection and response mechanisms, security policies, SIEM, identity management, and securing cloud environments.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems and platforms including Windows, Linux, macOS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in applying AI security controls and understanding risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, shadow AI, and autonomous AI agents.
- Proven ability with engagement management including scoping, estimating effort, drafting Statements of Work, and collaborating with cybersecurity channel partners.
- Excellent communication skills and possession of relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Prompt Security and SentinelOne platforms is an asset.
- Track record of high customer satisfaction in professional services roles.
