Position Overview

Jay Jay Mills (India) Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Garments Production Supervisor based in Tiruppur. This role involves overseeing daily garment manufacturing activities and ensuring that production goals are met effectively while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day production operations to meet set production targets.
• Track and analyze line performance, productivity rates, and quality benchmarks.
• Work closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to promote seamless workflow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and scheduled production timelines.
• Assist in managing manpower allocation and optimize workflow processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on boosting efficiency and minimizing waste.

Qualification and Experience

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Technology, or a closely related field.
• Has between zero to two years of experience in garment manufacturing or production.
• New graduates with the relevant educational background will be considered.
• Possesses effective communication capabilities and skills in team coordination.
• Familiar with fundamental garment production procedures and quality standards.
