Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Manager responsible for organizing and planning shop floor activities with a focus on the 4M model: Man, Machine, Material, and Method. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and efficiently manage manpower to meet production objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate shop floor operations utilizing the 4M framework.
- Exert effective leadership to manage and direct manpower.
- Adopt a goal-driven mindset to meet and exceed production targets.
- Ensure high standards of quality by applying knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and foster continuous improvement efforts.
- Oversee production schedules with regular daily, weekly, and monthly tracking.
- Monitor manpower and machine performance to optimize efficiency and utilization.
