About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack partner for a Product Owner position focused on defining and enhancing the core processes and tool suite essential for the organization's future. This role influences culture, team collaboration, and overall operational efficiency across the entire enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a constant focus on internal customer needs by managing a well-prioritized backlog and ensuring transparent, purposeful communication with all stakeholders.
• Act as the autonomous Product Owner within a Scrum team, making strategic decisions and steering product development outcomes.
• Work alongside your team to improve and develop the existing suite of tools, including specific development tools and a modern web-based application, guiding their future direction.
• Shape product development processes company-wide and support agile transformation efforts by setting clear visions, prioritizing initiatives, and driving continuous enhancement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience in a Product Owner role within Scrum teams, managing complex product ecosystems successfully.
• University degree in IT, Management, or related fields such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Information Management.
• In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban; adeptness with common development and collaboration platforms; a strong enthusiasm for process and change management.
• Proficiency in English at an excellent level and good command of German, both written and spoken.
• Possesses an agile mindset with effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a commitment to collaborative teamwork in diverse international environments.
