Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our product initiatives remotely, preferably within the Asia time zone (UTC+5 to UTC+11). This role entails full ownership of the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle including roadmap, prioritization, setting OKRs, and delivering impactful outcomes.
• Engage deeply with enterprise BFSI clients to understand their workflows and compliance requirements, translating these insights into reliable products.
• Lead a cross-functional squad comprising engineers and designers to deliver fast and high-quality product iterations.
• Adopt AI-native working methods, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and demonstrate innovative usage.
• Utilize data to define product success, monitor progress, and continually enhance performance standards.
• Contribute to molding the product culture and refining the product development processes at Hupo.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in large language model (LLM) systems, including prompting, data retrieval, embeddings, evaluation, and fine-tuning, with applied experience in product development.
• Demonstrable habit of employing AI tools to optimize workload and improve efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with strong ownership and initiative-taking capabilities.
• High attention to detail and a passion for continuously honing product management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of insurance, wealth management, or financial services sales and servicing domains.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products, particularly in deploying solutions within heavily regulated organizations.
• Experience developing or shipping products utilizing generative AI technologies professionally or in side projects.
