About the Role

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare follows a Care by Design philosophy focused on developing therapies that improve clinical outcomes globally, especially for vulnerable neonates, infants, and children. The Infant Care Marketing Team supports neonatal and paediatric care therapy portfolios worldwide through strong product expertise, consistent messaging, and strategic execution in real clinical settings.

This Product Manager position is embedded within the Market Focus marketing team, collaborating closely with the China commercial division and global sales counterparts to tailor marketing efforts to local market needs. The incumbent will analyze the neonatal and paediatric respiratory care space in China and translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep insights into the China market landscape to shape local priorities and growth strategies for neonatal and paediatric care products.
  • Manage lifecycle of China-specific Infant Care products by contributing to portfolio planning, sales forecasting, product enhancements, and performance tracking to inform local business decisions.
  • Detect and articulate unmet needs in the China market, collaborating with R&D, clinical, sales, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to design solutions.
  • Advocate for China market requirements in global portfolio planning, product development, and launches.
  • Produce clear, clinical and marketing communication materials including messaging, sales aids, and educational content to support sales and commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Infant Care products and therapies grounded in clinical application and customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Support local market activities and product launches ensuring alignment with global Infant Care branding and messaging.

Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing or related functions within scientific, engineering, clinical, or sales domains.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, essential for communication and collaboration.
  • Preferably experienced in the medical device sector, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Combines technical knowledge with marketing skills, supported by formal education or practical experience.
  • Passionate about healthcare improvements and patient outcomes in neonatal and paediatric care.
  • Possesses strong communication skills with an ability to clearly explain clinical and technical information.
  • Adept at cross-functional teamwork and handling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrates a structured, reliable working approach with strong focus on delivering outcomes.
