Role Overview

As a Product Manager in HUB24's Data Products team based in Melbourne, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-scale data platforms and capabilities. Working alongside the Senior Product Manager, your focus will be on delivering modern data products leveraging technologies such as Databricks and cloud platforms while ensuring scalable data architecture that integrates multiple data sources.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and business functions to develop trustworthy and actionable data insights that enhance client experiences and support company goals. This role requires a technically savvy Product Manager experienced with complex data solutions who can bridge business needs with technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to HUB24's Data Products strategy and align product roadmaps with business priorities.
• Identify value-adding enhancements for data capabilities to benefit customers and stakeholders.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to ascertain needs and translate these into effective product outcomes.
• Champion delivery of reliable and user-centered data solutions.
• Drive prioritization around customer impact, business value, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to manage initiatives from conception to launch.
• Continuously monitor product performance and apply feedback for improvements.
• Translate data capabilities into commercially viable products and track their adoption and success metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Keep informed on industry trends and emerging technologies for ongoing product innovation.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in technology, data, or SaaS sectors.
• Proven track record managing complex data products, platforms, or analytic solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architectures, data engineering, cloud platforms, and large-scale data ecosystems.
• Experience with Databricks or similar contemporary data platform technologies is highly valued.
• Collaborative skills in working with technical teams including data engineers, software developers, and architects.
• Competence in delivering products that incorporate data analytics, AI, or machine learning.
• Comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management from discovery to optimization.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech is advantageous but not mandatory.
