Role Overview
The Product Manager will oversee product strategy, development, and execution, collaborating closely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to successfully bring products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including requirement gathering, specification creation, and coordination with engineering and design teams to deliver solutions. Own quarterly initiative completion.
- Perform market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products to define our product’s market positioning.
- Utilize analytics to monitor product performance, assess user behavior, and identify improvement opportunities, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth development and launch of products and features. Act as an internal and external product ambassador, providing expertise and participation in sprint and backlog sessions.
- Engage with customers to collect feedback for existing products and potential enhancements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog by evaluating business impact, customer requirements, and technical feasibility, adjusting to evolving needs.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation including user stories, technical specs, and roadmaps; lead product release planning and set delivery expectations.
- Support execution initiatives and adhere to timelines, coordinating sprint and quarterly priorities.
Candidate Profile
- Driven by passion for assisting purpose-driven organizations.
- Holding a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Possess over 5 years of relevant product management experience.
- Exhibit strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills with demonstrated impact on product metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen interest in technology, user experience, and client needs.
- Knowledge or experience with AI technologies, Monday.com, or similar product management tools is advantageous.
- Adaptable and effective in fast-paced environments.
