Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Model ML, you will take full ownership of key product domains from initial customer discovery through to impactful product launches. Collaborating closely with founders and engineering teams, you will convert intricate financial workflows into clearly defined AI-driven systems. This role demands strong technical expertise and offers significant autonomy to build solutions for foremost global financial organizations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle encompassing discovery, problem definition, scoping, design, and measuring long-term impact in core product segments.
- Engage extensively with bankers and investors to gain deep insights into their workflows and transform qualitative input into focused, assertive product requirements and strategic product initiatives.
- Partner with engineering and design to quickly prototype solutions utilizing no-code platforms and supervise the technical execution of dependable, high-quality AI features.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses over 4 years of product management experience, preferably in fast-growth startups or focused on technical products for finance, data, or developer markets.
- Exhibits strong product intuition with the capability to navigate complex architectural choices, data limitations, and nuanced AI functionality alongside engineering peers.
- Thrives under rapidly changing priorities and fast workflows, demonstrating determination to deploy products promptly and continuously improve based on usage and metrics.
