Product Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Craft and define the overarching product vision, strategic direction, and development roadmaps.
• Lead discovery phases and prioritize product features and initiatives effectively.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders and clearly manage business requirements.
• Champion and implement Agile methodologies in product management processes.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business units to coordinate product efforts.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics and customer impact.
• Oversee governance processes and make informed decisions about product investments.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Bring at least 7 years of experience in product management roles.
• Proven experience managing products within Agile frameworks.
• Strong business acumen combined with analytical skills and expertise in stakeholder engagement.
• Prior experience leading multidisciplinary product teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner is an advantage.
• Experience in rolling out digital products on a large scale is beneficial.
• Background in user-centric product development methodologies is a plus.
