Process Executive / Senior Process Executive - Generative AI Evaluation

Job Overview

We are looking to hire detail-oriented Process Executives and Senior Process Executives to join our Generative AI projects. The role entails thorough evaluation of AI-produced content related to Business Points of Interest (POIs), ensuring information accuracy, completeness, and contextual appropriateness to uphold the high quality of data inputs for our initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth web research using authorized sources and digital platforms to validate business details such as operating hours and location accuracy.
• Conduct precise data annotation following strict guidelines to maintain content relevancy and factual correctness in automated outputs.
• Interpret and apply complex regulatory policies, integrating any procedural or technical adjustments swiftly.
• Meet daily targets for productivity and accuracy, consistently applying moderation policies effectively.
• Demonstrate linguistic skills to detect subtle nuances in grammar and cultural context, alongside thorough documentation skills.
• Exhibit strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail and pattern recognition.

Required Competencies & Skills

• Expertise in online research and verification of digital data against real-world business locations.
• Strong comprehension skills to understand summaries, decipher user intent, and interpret complex guidelines accurately.
• Critical thinking and sound decision-making abilities to handle ambiguous data and categorize claims correctly.

Operational Conditions

• Comfortable working in an office-based 24x5 schedule.
• Preparedness to manage explicit and highly sensitive content responsibly when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, or Mass Communications.
• Experience: 12 to 24 months of experience in content moderation or data processing roles.
• Preferred Experience: Up to 4 years’ hands-on experience in content writing and customer service is advantageous.
