Opportunity
Join ST as a Process Control FDC Robustness Engineer working closely with cross-functional teams such as DTIT (including CAM, Automation, and Application teams), Manufacturing Operations, Process Change Request teams, and Process Control teams to enhance fab FDC robustness activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance various FDC application platforms and existing process robustness programs, aiming to boost overall robustness, operational efficiency, and productivity.
- Improve fab detection capabilities by refining robustness programs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments and sites to manage applications and tools sourced from diverse data streams.
- Engage in troubleshooting and debugging efforts for current robustness and FDC application systems.
- Work with stakeholders to deploy solutions related to CAM, automation, web-based platforms, and other corporate engineering tools.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing fab robustness systems on WSO platforms such as PMT, Idle-late, Pam Syn, and timeout applications.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced setting with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and skilled in data mining and analysis.
- Self-motivated, independent, curious, and resourceful.
