Printing Technician / Operator

About the Role

Rrayze Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Printing Technician / Operator to join our team in Sri City – Tada, Andhra Pradesh. This role requires practical experience with Gravure, Flexo, or Offset printing technologies, ideally from candidates familiar with packaging, edge banding, or ink mixing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor printing machinery to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage ink mixing tasks and perform accurate color matching to maintain product standards.
• Meet daily production goals while working efficiently.
• Optimize the use of ink to minimize waste and reduce scrap materials.
• Maintain detailed and accurate daily production reports.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of printing cylinders.
• Ensure high-quality printing output and consistent production flow.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to support overall manufacturing activities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in printing or packaging operations.
• Proficient in operating Gravure, Flexo, or Offset printing machines.
• Sound understanding of ink management and color matching techniques.
• Experience with manual color matching is an asset.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and ability to perform effectively in a production-focused environment.
