Position Summary

The role demands a senior Principal Architect specializing in AI who will serve as a trusted technical advisor and visionary for enterprise clients across various industries. The incumbent will lead transformative AI projects from strategy development through design, implementation, and scaling, ensuring alignment with organizational aims. Acting as the lead architect, they bridge strategic business intent with advanced technological execution to develop enterprise-class AI solutions that are scalable, trustworthy, and sustainable. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C-level executives and senior tech leaders to outline AI transformation strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks encouraging responsible and sustainable AI integration.
• Drive ideation and design leadership through design thinking workshops and co-innovation with clients aimed at uncovering impactful AI use cases across business sectors.
• Develop comprehensive AI solutions and architectures reflecting business demands, encompassing model lifecycle management, intelligent autonomous systems, and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Plan and architect AI infrastructure addressing data management, compute resources including GPU/TPU provisioning, observability, and security to balance cost-efficiency with system resilience.
• Lead industry-specific AI solutions across sectors like finance, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, and public administration by tailoring architectural approaches as per sector needs.
• Implement governance models supporting responsible AI use, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in advisory councils, forums, and conferences while contributing AI architecture thought leadership publications.
• Mentor and guide architects and engineers in implementing and optimizing AI systems leveraging large language models, multi-agent frameworks, and MLOps pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership as a Senior Enterprise or Principal Architect or equivalent in AI, cloud computing, or digital transformation roles.
• In-depth expertise across diverse AI domains such as generative AI, autonomous agent architectures, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Technical proficiency with AI infrastructure components including GPUs, model serving, orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Ray, data pipelines, and monitoring tools such as MLflow.
• Hands-on experience with leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid models for optimizing AI workloads.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, capacity and financial operations (FinOps) management for scalable AI deployment.
• Excellent communication skills capable of engaging varied audiences from executives to technical teams.
• Consulting exposure across no fewer than three critical industries providing broad sector perspectives.
• Preferred advanced degrees in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related disciplines, alongside executive training in strategy or innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience demonstrated by notable achievements.
• At least 18 years of technology or solutions architecture experience including a minimum of 3 years in AI-driven transformation projects.
• Proficiency in English communication.
