This role is dedicated to pioneering advanced automotive mixed-signal product development aimed at shaping future technology innovations in connectivity, power management, and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with architects and system engineers to establish IP and product specifications.
  • Convert system requirements into detailed IP specifications focused on analog and digital circuits that emphasize high performance, energy efficiency, and optimal implementation.
  • Oversee and approve the design of IPs ensuring quality and adherence to objectives.
  • Provide mentorship to analog and digital circuit designers as well as verification and test engineers.
  • Participate in and facilitate Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) sessions.
  • Lead the creation of mixed-signal solutions for upcoming automotive products.
  • Define verification standards and assist with IP characterization to support mass production.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Academic degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or electronics-related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of professional experience in Silicon product development, ideally with focus areas in sensors and mixed-signal technology.
  • Proficiency with analog and mixed-signal design processes including requirement-driven flows and system-to-IP specification translation.
  • Hands-on experience with analog circuitry such as ADCs, Bandgaps, LDO regulators, Oscillators, PLLs, high voltage circuits, and operational amplifiers.
  • Familiarity with functional safety standards like ISO 26262 and ASIL-D compliance, and practice with DFMEA is advantageous.
  • Understanding of IP development cycles, chip integration, test methodologies, and mixed-signal verification; knowledge of digital IP integration is preferred.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication.

Additional Information

This role emphasizes teamwork with cross-functional groups including analog/digital designers and test engineers. The company is committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and inclusive hiring practices. Applicants who do not meet every requirement are encouraged to apply.
