As a Pricefx Implementation Lead - Manager at PwC, you will lead the deployment of advanced technology solutions, focusing on integrating systems smoothly and managing projects effectively within our Technology Delivery team. You will oversee the full delivery lifecycle, cooperating with multiple teams to ensure successful technology implementations. This managerial role also involves guiding teams, handling client accounts, strategizing projects, and mentoring less experienced professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring project success, maintaining quality standards, and fostering an environment that motivates and develops staff by utilizing their unique talents.

Joining our Software and Product Innovation group, you will contribute to creating state-of-the-art software and spearheading product advancements tailored to evolving client demands. Within the Commercial & Service Excellence division, your work will focus on Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Management, supporting both client and firm growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of Pricefx technology solutions, managing all phases of delivery.
• Coordinate with diverse teams to ensure effective technology integration.
• Develop and implement project plans utilizing project management tools to fulfill client needs.
• Lead teams in crafting and improving user stories and product roadmaps.
• Supervise software release processes to guarantee punctual and efficient launches.
• Facilitate design workshops aligning technological solutions with client requirements.
• Analyze system components to enhance their performance through understanding interdependencies.
• Promote team growth via coaching, emphasizing member strengths and providing constructive feedback.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, working with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Advocate for the adoption of innovative technological practices in software development.
• Ensure data integrity and security within technology systems.
• Establish and nurture client relationships to sustain ongoing project achievements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of five years' relevant professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range offered is between $99,000 and $232,000 annually, based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and location, following applicable employment laws. All employees are eligible for a yearly discretionary bonus.
