Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a class by delivering both teaching and routine care duties.
- Develop and execute curricula and programmes tailored to children's developmental needs, including keeping abreast of emerging trends to foster innovation.
- Create initiatives, practices, and learning resources to continuously improve the quality of the learning environment.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues, families, and stakeholders within the centre.
- Organize and manage family and community engagement programmes as part of our commitment to the local community.
- Perform routine caregiving tasks with a constant focus on enhancing quality and service delivery.
- Promote professional practices that reflect our organisation's vision, mission, and values, while driving innovation to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Possession of at least a Level 1 Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching).
- Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with staff members, professionals, parents, families, and diverse community partners.
