Pre-Sales Solution Architect (Data Center)

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Pre-Sales Solution Architect specializing in Data Center solutions located in Singapore. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to design tailored infrastructure solutions and supporting business growth through technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to grasp their business, technical, and operational needs.
• Create bespoke data center designs focusing on colocation services, white space layouts, rack deployments, power and cooling systems, network connectivity, and hybrid cloud interconnections.
• Develop architectural solutions that meet client goals around scalability, reliability, and sustainability.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, conceptual plans, scope statements, and solution proposals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Data Center Infrastructure roles.
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure components such as power, cooling, connectivity, and colocation.
• Experienced in engaging enterprise, cloud, hyperscale, or carrier customers to deliver technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to support RFPs, RFIs, technical proposals, and conduct customer presentations effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning technical details with commercial objectives.
• Commercially astute, with a track record of partnering with sales teams to expand business opportunities.
• Competent in handling multiple client engagements and opportunities in parallel.
