Polarion ALM Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Polarion ALM Developer to join our team, preferably based in Hyderabad or anywhere across India. This full-time position demands deep knowledge and practical experience with Polarion ALM, focusing on requirements management, workflow configuration, reporting, and tool integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor and set up Polarion ALM workflows, forms, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage configuration of Polarion work items, LiveDocs, and traceability connections.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards within the Polarion environment.
• Drive the implementation and upkeep of requirements management practices.
• Integrate Polarion smoothly with other enterprise and third-party software tools.
• Handle ongoing Polarion administration, including maintenance and performance tuning.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to understand and deploy business requirements.
• Offer technical assistance and implement enhancements to existing Polarion solutions.

Key Requirements

• Extensive customization and configuration experience with Polarion ALM.
• Proficient in managing requirements using Polarion.
• Skilled in configuring Polarion work items and LiveDocs features.
• Adept at managing traceability within Polarion.
• Capable of developing detailed reports and dashboards for Polarion.
• Familiarity with IDEs such as Eclipse, NetBeans, Visual Studio, or VS Code.
• Experience working with Subversion (SVN) version control.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management.
