Role Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic PMO Clerk to join our Projects team at Finlays Tea Extracts Kenya, based in Kericho. This position is offered on a two-year fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will provide critical support in project stores management, document control, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Support project stores by receiving, tracking, and issuing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and facilitating audits.
- Oversee document control tasks including managing drawings, specifications, RFQs, manuals, revisions, transmittals, and archival documentation.
- Assist in PMO administrative duties such as coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, maintaining action trackers, compiling reports, following up on procurement activities, and offering general office support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, Records Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in project administration, document control, inventory/stores management, project coordination, or a similar support function.
Technical Proficiencies (Preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with SharePoint and document management systems.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and ERP platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
