Job Responsibilities

• Carry out both scheduled and emergency plumbing maintenance in commercial and residential settings.
• Identify and fix plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, and defective fixtures.
• Install, service, and repair piping infrastructure and associated plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Perform inspections to detect potential issues and ensure adherence to safety protocols and building regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Keep detailed records documenting completed tasks, materials utilized, and time spent on assignments.
• Respond swiftly to service requests while delivering high-quality customer interactions.
• Comply fully with health and safety standards in all operations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to provide emergency repair support outside of regular hours.
• Suggest system upgrades or enhancements where beneficial.

Candidate Requirements

• Certified Trade Qualified Plumber credentials.
• Possession of a valid Safe Pass certificate.
• Manual Handling Certification.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging between €55,000 and €65,000, based upon experience.
