Job description
About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to operate and oversee PLC-controlled production machinery at a leading manufacturer specializing in advanced interdental brush technology, delivering premium dental products globally.
Primary Duties
- Operate and supervise PLC-driven production equipment efficiently.
- Configure machine settings and perform machinery changeovers according to production needs.
- Identify and resolve minor machine faults; collaborate with maintenance personnel for major repairs.
- Comprehend machine tolerances and measurements related to product diameter specifications.
- Adhere to 5S workplace organization principles, ensuring a safe and tidy working environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter trade, or a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience ranging from zero to three years in handling PLC-operated machines within manufacturing settings.
- Basic skills in troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective communication abilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shift patterns.
