Key Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery safely to produce ANFO and emulsion explosives.
• Manage loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products while ensuring accurate documentation and delivery verification.
• Perform quality control tests and monitor production processes regularly.
• Conduct pre-start equipment inspections, hazard identification, and report incidents promptly.
• Adhere to operating procedures and escalate issues to maintain safe, efficient plant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and contribute positively to site performance.

Candidate Profile

We're seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in practical roles, excel in team settings, and rigorously follow procedures to produce quality outcomes. Prior experience in manufacturing, processing, mining, or heavy industry is valued.

• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Hold a current Forklift Licence (LF).
• Ability to secure and maintain a satisfactory Police Clearance.
• Pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screenings.
• Possess a valid Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.
