About the Company

They offer comprehensive solutions across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and HVAC disciplines throughout Azizi's projects. Key Responsibilities
- Regularly review manpower and equipment resource histograms on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Continuously monitor project timelines at every phase.
- Assess resource assignment effectiveness and advise on adjustments to maintain schedule adherence.
- Create and implement visual progress tracking tools like histograms and S-curves comparing planned versus actual milestones.
- Prepare reports analyzing deviations from the plan and identify necessary interventions.
- Follow-up on progress tracking for all tasks, including product development, engineering documentation, fabrication status, and multidisciplinary construction activities.
- Spot discrepancies between planned and actual progress and flag critical areas needing corrective actions.
- Evaluate work sequences relative to the overall project plan.
- Identify critical-path activities within assigned disciplines or specialties as well as key inter-disciplinary dependencies.
- Detect and examine schedule delays related to specific disciplines or subcontractor submissions, proposing remedial measures to minimize impacts.
- Draft detailed schedule commentaries for monthly reports, highlighting activities with potential critical impacts and prepare Critical Items Action Reports as necessary.
- Perform additional relevant duties under Lead Planner-Scheduler guidance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical engineering concepts.
- Ability to determine and define necessary steps for on-time project completion.
- Proficient with specialized computer software tools used for engineering project management and generating visual schedules such as bar charts and graphs.
