Picker / Packer

About the Role

We are searching for a dedicated Picker / Packer to become an integral part of our Flipkart warehouse team in Bengaluru. In this critical supply chain position, you will be responsible for managing inventory, packing orders, and ensuring proper storage and distribution of goods within the warehouse.

Primary Duties

• Handle and pack orders while maintaining accurate stock and storage records.
• Oversee safety protocols for material handlers, including the safe handling and transport of hazardous items.
• Identify and ensure dispatch of quality goods.
• Ensure that all items are stored appropriately and labels on goods are precisely updated.
• Promptly process all receipts related to warehouse operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification below 10th grade is acceptable.
• Experience ranging from none up to six months is suitable.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Basic computer skills essential for inventory tracking.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time warehouse and logistics position.
• The role follows a rotational shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Salary offered ranges between 16,000 and 24,000 INR monthly.
• Location: Manapakkam, Chennai; candidates must work onsite.
