About the Role

Join the Adairs Retail Group in Victoria as a Photographer, where you'll create stunning, brand-consistent imagery within a fast-moving studio setting. This role involves working closely with creative team members to develop inspiring lifestyle content that enhances customer engagement across digital and physical store platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photographs and video content aligned with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Stylists, Retouchers, and Studio Assistants to deliver strong creative and commercial results.
• Oversee studio workflows and ensure consistent image output accuracy.
• Provide creative guidance to the Studio Assistant and team members.
• Maintain clear communication to foster a positive and collaborative studio atmosphere.
• Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and production schedules.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background in commercial, e-commerce, or creative studio photography.
• Strong portfolio featuring product, still life, and/or model photography.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and Photoshop software.
• Solid grasp of studio lighting, camera equipment, and digital workflow processes.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience with video/motion content creation and AI exposure is highly valued.
