Your Impact
- Consistently exceed service expectations by cultivating strong relationships with customers and delivering personalized solutions; lead and model exceptional customer service standards for your pharmacy team daily.
- Implement pharmacy initiatives and new product launches to enhance patient care, boost sales, regulate labor costs, monitor profit margins, and prevent inventory loss.
- Prioritize patients’ well-being by applying professional practices and collaborating with team members to deliver company healthcare programs.
- Promote a positive, patient-centered atmosphere ensuring availability of products and adherence to customer service and business goals, monitoring performance indicators.
- Participate actively in all aspects of Fusion to maintain a consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
- Advocate for company values by supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, creating an inclusive workplace environment within the pharmacy.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, staff training, professional development, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
- Foster a supportive work culture that balances labor efficiently and amplifies team member potential.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies such as Occupational Health and Safety and Loss Prevention; provide necessary staff training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing within the relevant province.
- Certification in injections and First Aid.
- At least two years’ experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Familiarity with Kroll pharmacy software is preferred.
